At Note to Remember, we want your reusable notebooks and accessories to reach you safely and quickly.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Egypt.
International shipping will be announced on our product pages when available.
2. Delivery Time
- Within Cairo & Giza: 2–5 business days
- Outside Cairo & Giza: 5–8 business days
3. Shipping Costs
- Within Cairo & Giza: 60 EGP
- Outside Cairo & Giza: 80 EGP
- Upper Egypt: 100 EGP
Free shipping promotions will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment through the courier’s website.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
- Please inspect your package upon delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- Note to Remember is not responsible for delays caused by courier services outside our control.
6. Special Notes
- We carefully package all stone paper notebooks and accessories to prevent damage.
- Avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight or high heat.
