About us

Our Story

Note to Remember is the newest brand of the Egyptian Distribution Center (EDC) group.
EDC has been part of the Egyptian stationery market since the 1960s and is the owner of Dar Saad stationeries, a name generations have trusted.

Over the years, we began to hear nature’s call for a more responsible way of creating everyday stationery.

Building on this legacy, Note to Remember was created with a clear purpose: to rethink stationery in a more sustainable way.

This notebook was designed with one simple question in mind:

Can we create something useful without creating unnecessary waste?

Our Direction

We are committed to choosing eco-friendly materials across our stationery collection.

That’s why we use stone paper for our notebooks—a durable, tree-free paper made primarily from calcium carbonate (stone) bonded with a small amount of non-toxic resin. It is waterproof, tear-resistant, and smoother than traditional paper, making it ideal for everyday and reusable use.

At Note to Remember, sustainability isn’t a trend — it’s a responsibility.
Every product we create is designed with intention, balancing quality, usability, and respect for the environment.

Why stone paper?

  • Uses no trees

  • No water wasted in production like traditional paper

  • Produces less waste during manufacturing

It’s a more sustainable alternative for everyday note-taking.

Our Oath

To continue innovating in the world of stationery—
preserving ideas, reducing waste, and always putting the planet first.
