Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order

• The product must be unused, unwritten on, and in its original condition

• All original packaging must be included

Products that have been used, written on, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Due to the nature of stationery products, items that show signs of use cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
